Hi,

thanks for accepting me :)

My son has a new iPhone 7 and yesterday it did an update to 13.1.2, now if by coincidence the down volume key has stuck in and does not return out, other than this the mobile seems to work ok. We have tried to update the mobile but it is up to date and also after reading up on other people's issues we wanted to do a restore or even a DFU, but with the down volume key stuck in we cannot perform this? We reset the settings but that is as far as we can go. There is no damage to the mobile and I have looked to see if has been bent but it looks ok.
Any ideas if this can be resolved?

I also read that the new updates could affect button control on these mobiles now, is this possible as the new OS 13 seems to have issues?

If no luck we will return it to the supplier on Monday as it is only 2 months old.

I currently have only Android so I have no past experience with IOS, so bear with me :)

TIA
Neil
