iPhone iPhone 7 keeping restart and not working

after update to iOS 13 and make full reset to the phone it's not working. it's keeping restart with apple logo.
i've tried to do restore with itunes and even dfu mode didn't work.

there is anything that i can do to make it work again?

iPhone 7 Home button sometimes not responding

I've iPhone 7 with latest iOS installed. Sometimes the home button not responding (not clickable) In iOS 12 it's never happened

i have done a full restore & update via DFU mode and after leaving the iphone for a while it suddenly turns on. BUT the home button still dont work even after the restore. there is any solution for that???
