iPhone 7 + Lag

Anyone notice a lag in the iPhone 7 + animation when closing apps or switching from the app switcher?

I have no lag. Must be something up with your phone. Try restoring and setting up as new instead of restoring from backup.

I also have a ton of lag and apps crashing everywhere. I have tried resetting and not restoring from backup... Still the same. I have a replacement being shipped anyways since my screen is uneven and makes clicking sounds. Hopefully my replacement is better.
