For the last couple of days, my iPhone seems to suffer from a bug which heavily hurts my experience using it. I researched a lot about possible solutions and other people who seem to have the same issue but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any solution.

I’m using iPhone 7 running iOS 13.1.3, last week my iPhone still run 13.1.2. Since last week my iPhone stopped to receive notifications from App Store apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, etc. Not even notification badges on the app icon. Another example is when I’m trying to use WhatsApp Web I can’t send or receive messages without the app staying open on my iPhone. In my opinion it sounds like that any app that doesn’t come with the iPhone can’t run background processes, when I'm closing WhatsApp and someone else sending me a message it shows that the message wasn’t delivered, like my phone is on airplane mode, when someone calling me using Messenger or WhatsApp my iPhone won’t show the call unless I’m currently using the app.

Things that I tried to do to fix the issue:

- I tried to update to iOS 13.1.3 but nothing changed.
- I tried to update to iOS 13.2 beta 4 but nothing changed.
- I updated all apps from the App Store.
- I tried hard & soft reset.
- I turned on and off background app refresh & Do Not Disturb.
- I checked all notifications settings, everything seems to be fine.
- I tried to use Cellular network & WiFi to check if it might be a network error.

Anyone else using iPhone 7 have this bug? any solution to this?

My iPhone 7 has been misbehaving too. After resetting all settings, restoring backup then DFU via Finder, I am suffering less failed calls but am intermittently not being notified of incoming calls or text messages. Even Viber and WhatsApp seem affected. I’m hoping the next iOS upgrade will fix these problems
