iPhone 7-online pre-ordering.

Wasn't quite sure where to post this.

I have moved from UK to Thailand for several months, and want to upgrade to iP7 when it is released. Normally I just order online from Apple using my UK account when pre-ordering is open.

I presume I will have to set up another account here in order to order via Apple Thailand, but will I be able to use my current Apple email address, and linked UK credit card? Or will I have to set up a completely separate account with new email address, home address etc?

Also is it likely that online ordering will be limited at first to certain regions? e.g. US, Europe, Australia?

I reside in Kuwait so what I did last year I ordered it at the release date from the US, shipped to www.shopandship.com "I have an account" and I got here a week later.
