I have purchased a second hand iPhone 7 Plus with a damaged screen.

I know the activation lock checker has been disabled to check via serial number however is it possible to check it using my Mac before I purchase a replacement screen and repair it?
I’ve already plugged it into iTunes and restored it but I don’t know what the status of it is now as screen is completely smashed.

Thanks very much

You'll need a working screen to know if it's activation locked...
