I have had a new 7 plus for a few weeks. lately i have had the issue where a web browser will have a black screen i've tried clearly the cache and other things but the only way to really get rid of hit is a power off/on.

To add today i had headphones plugged into the lighting connector and was playing music. while making a call the phone app froze and I could not hear or speak to the person i was making the call to.

I'm going to assume you have already tried resetting via Settings<General<Reset All Settings, and if that didn't work you did a complete wipe.

Assuming both of those failed, you likely need to have it looked at (Genius Bar) or sent for service. Unless you are inside the 30 day return period, just exchange it for a new IP7+.

Yep. Pretty much tried everything. It's odd never had this problem with any iPhone ever. I started out on the very original one.
