iPhone 7 plus blurry pics

When I'm using the camera app part of my preview/pics are blurry. When I use portrait mode it's all clear, anyone else experience this? Tested my parents 6S phones and theirs are fine.

I am running iOS 10.2 beta 3 issue persists when I set up phone as new on iOS 10.1.1

I am on an iPhone 7 plus black 256GB Verizon.
Hopefully it's just a software bug..

I went into an Apple Store got my camera replaced issue has been resolved

Great! I am glad to hear that they were able to get that straightened out for you. Did they give you any indication as to what the issue was?
