iPhone 7 Plus Crash to Black Screen

Hey All,

I've had two 7 pluses both do this once or twice. Essentially, the phone will randomly freeze but on a totally black screen. The home button functions and tactile responds but you can't do anything but restart the phone. Anyone else witness this?

I've had a few issues where it will turn black with the spinning working indicator on the screen. Back to normal after a minute or so.

I'd assume there is some system file that is corrupted. A complete restore would surely fix it!

I haven't seen the spinny one yet. And yea I really hope this is a software issue.
