I sold my 11 Pro max a little too early, So picked up a Decently priced 128GB iPhone 7 Plus. Restored via iTunes for a fresh install of iOS 14, and loaded my backup from iCloud. I've always loaded my backup from iTunes backups but this time did iCloud since my 11 Pro Max was jailbroken at the time of the backups and everyone says iClould restores are cleaner.

Well 1. The iCloud restore was NOT cleaner as 1 of my old Jailbreak apps icons was still there.... 1 app that I had forgotten to remove before backing up.

Anyway, I've noticed at times just unlocking the phone can be sluggish at random times. Its random not 100% of the time. But using the app status lite, the average load is 20.5 for 1 min and just as high or the same for 5 & 15 min. And the phone just sitting there CPU usage is averaging 35%+ not even doing anything. Is this normal for iOS 14 on a iPhone 7 plus?

Battery life seems okay for the phone and doesnt seem to be draining abnormally. But the random lag/sluggishness is annoying.

Thanks.

I evidently have the same issue, my iPhone 6S’s battery health is at peak performance with 100% health, I’m running iOS 14.1, sometimes when I use my phone more than an hour and the battery is bellow 60, it becomes so laggy and sluggish, just straight up unusable to any extent... the CPU goes up to 100% and it only gets fixed when I plug it to charger, have you found any solutions ?
