iPhone 7/Plus iPhone 7 Plus keeps freezing for roughly 15 to 20 seconds launching Apps

Started about a month ago. Can’t put it down to an App working in the background or a system update but it’s annoying.
You tap to load an App and you get a white screen for roughly 15 to 20 seconds then it crashes back to Apps list screen.
Doesn’t seem to matter which App I try to load; One day it will pick one App then the next it’ll pick another.
It never locks the system just refuses to load the App.

Any ideas guys?

Sounds like a reset and restore needs To be tried first to see if this helps.

Next I'd say if that fails do a reset and set up as new.

Let everything index on both items as it takes time to do this then I would hope you can sit back and enjoy a snappy phone again. Otherwise book into an Apple store to see a genius.
