I am receiving some calls that my phone doesn't ring. It is not muted but why does it ring for some calls and not others? Do Not Disturb is not on. I have checked all that. Thanks in advance for your help

Do the calls that come in originate fun contacts? There is a "Silence unknown callers" option in the phone settings...
