Hello All,

Just wondering if anyone else is running into similar phone call issues that I am. I have:

iPhone 7 Plus 256GB
IOS 10.0.2
On Verizon Network

I made a couple of calls yesterday and could hear the person I was calling perfectly. The other person could here just every few words from me - enough to tell that it was me, but not enough to piece together what I was saying. This happened on three consecutive calls. I tried in via speaking into the phone and using Apple's supplied earbuds. I would have been on the Verizon network at the time.

My wife called me twice this morning. I could hear her perfectly. She could not hear anything form me at all. I was on our home WIFI at the time.

There are numerous calls that I can make and receive without any issues. This appears to be an intermittent issue since getting the iPhone 7 Plus with IOS 10.

Would anyone have any idea if this could be a phone hardware issue or could it be an IOS 10 issue, or possibly an IOS 10 on Verizon network issue (although the issues this morning were on home WIFI.

Appreciate any thoughts!
