Hi all,
I have an iphone 7 plus that I have had for about a year that was given to me my brother after my other one died.
Everything has been working fine until recently when it is randomly crashing and getting stuck on the the spinning shut down icon.
I have managed to bring it out of that using the power button and volume down button, but this has happened a few times now and cant get to an apple store due to the UK lockdown.
Got any ideas of the cause? I have checked storage and that is fine as this is a 250GB model and I barely use the space and the battery health is fine at 87%.
