iPhone 7 Plus - RAW photos

Hi all, I might be seeing this because I'm on iOS 10.1 beta but whatever app I use that is capable of shooting RAW, the JPG version is fine but the RAW version is out of focus. TIFF looks fine just RAW has the issue. Anyone experienced the same?

When I view the images on the phone, yes, the unprocessed RAW files are blurry which is due to the iOS not being able to fully render the file.

However, once viewed while doing post like in Lightroom or ACR, it's fine.
