I bought this iphone 7+ 2 months ago , a brand new one. I've recently noticed that it has gap between glass and plastic bezel on top left, right, bottom left right of the screen .I have never had it dropped or fixed. Has any one had this before ? Is that a big problem?

It Looks to be the way it was manufactured in the factory. Perhaps some type of slight variation of a gap, not completely unheard of, but seems that you have just noticed it until now. What I would suggest, is make an appointment at an Apple Store if you can, and have them look at it. They may find your phone within specification or they may replace it with a warranty device. The only argument you could make is that it could affect the water resistance, but that’s up for Apple to decide if they will replace it or not.
