iPhone 7 Plus slowww wifi, please help!!!

So for the past couple of months, I have been having problems with the wifi on my iPhone 7 plus, more so in my home. I have a 30down/10up service here, and the router is in my living room. My PS4 and iMac work perfectly fine, but while I have normal speeds on my iPhone, while performing a speedtest, Facebook, youtube, and online games are very slow, sometimes resulting in me getting kicked from certain games. What could the problem be? I have had this problem for a while now, and its only on my network. If I turn off the wifi on my phone, and use 4G/LTE, everything works fine, but most apps are slow again once I turn wifi back on. I have reset my network settings on my phone, I even did a restore on it, but more so because I tried ios 11.
