I have an iPhone 7 128Gb from Sprint. I've bought a code to unlock it in order to use it in Vietnam. However today something strange happened. I was testing the new ringtone I got for my dad so I use his phone (iPhone 5s) to call my phone. After I called my phone twice (I didn't pick up the phone just wanted to test the rington) I put my dad's phone down and just minding my own business. Then suddenly i phone rang and from the screen I could see the caller ID was my dad. I didn't even touch his phone. It rang for aabout a fee seconds then stop, and then it rang again, and again. So I picked up my dad's phoen to check what the hell was going on. I was just swiping to the left to unlock my dad's phone when my phoen rang again for a few second. On my dad's phone, in his call history I saw the number 2 next to my contact name (which indicate I called twice) but on my phone, it showed that i have 5 missed calls from my dad... @@ what was going on? I don't understand.
I tried to restore my phone and set as new iPhone. After that I used my mom's phone to test it out. And the same thing happened. What can I do now? Can anyone please help me?
