iPhone 7 restoring issues

Typical issue iPhone won't restore from a iCloud backup tried 5 times still noting. I reset the 7 and failed two more times. Any way to get the backup to go threw?

Same old Apple Hell. iTunes can't even see the new iPhone. Why do I subject myself to this???

make sure your iTunes is updated

My sister did hers on wifi today. No issue.
