iPhone 7 Selfie Front Camera Wide Angle????

Have they finally made the front camera able to do actually useful selfies (include background and people in it)?

This is the one feature that seems to set Samsung phones apart and I can't wait to ditch my S7 Edge but vacation and friend selfies are currently impossibly inferior on an iPhone.

Please no selfie stick comments... (they need to be banned).
