iPhone 7+ setup iTunes store not showing purchases

So my trusty 5s is on the shelf. Just received my 7+ and setting up new. iCloud stuff is all working as is ApplePay. Though my iTunes and app store sign me in, App store shows no purchases previously.

Anyone have this?

I've had no problem with the App Store showing me my previous purchases and those of my partner.

Its weird. Like everything else is set up and working perfectly. Other than the app store and the 4 whole apps I use.
