iPhone 7 switch off at 10-20%, not iPhone 6S

Hey guys,

As mentioned in the title, I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing random shutdowns on their iphone 7 between 10-20% battery life?

I am using an iphone 7 and currently experiencing this. I only read of iphone 6S users experiencing this and im contemplating getting a replacement device even though the Apple service staff claims its a software issue.

bring it back to apple and ask for a fix. they can get the logs from your phone and see the unexpected shutdowns
