iPhone 7 Tmobile unlocked?

If you buy it from Apple full price, it's unlocked
If you buy it from T-Mobile, it's locked
no but you can always request it to be unlocked after a month and a half or so, but it doesn't matter because tmobile's/att's iphones have intel modem chips and because of that, it wouldn't work with the other 2 major carriers anyways (sprint and verizon)
