iPhone 7 turned off and then not turned back anymore...

So, I have a 7 128gb jet black. Once I put it on a charger and it turned on finely, after a few minutes the phone was turned off and very hot.
After disassembling it and putting it on a charger I noticed a high pitched sound coming from the logic board and its getting hot.
I think the board is shorted, but please help me.

If you already took it apart, you might as well try a battery replacement. If that doesn't work I'd look to replace the phone..
