I have an iPhone 7 asking for os 12.3.1, will it still sync with my El Capitan os on my Mac? I have lots of music & pics.

after august, itunes wont receive more updates, but it will keep working and syncing. If you keep upgrading to newer ios versions, at a certain moment it might stop being compatible with itunes. Considering previous mac os and itunes versions, that moment has happened one year after the itunes end of support, so I would say ios 13 should be fine, but not ios 14. but this is just a prediction
