Hello,
Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I normally walk five miles every night and use MapMyWalk and start the walking app on my iWatch too. Normally they have always come in about the same. But when I received the new iPhone 7Plus the other day, I started noticing that it is telling me I am walking more miles than I really am and my pace is much quicker than it has been. Today I compared the watch and the phone and the phone has over a mile more than the watch. The route I take is the same evry day and it has consistently been about five miles; now its over six. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill

I had similar issues with my iPhone 7 running 10.0.2. Open Apple Maps and see if it can pinpoint your location without jumping around (for me it would continuously jump back and forth between 2 near but different locations). Apple determined that for me it was a hardware problem and they swapped out the phone.

Thanks Alhagar, I will try that. Bill
