Iphone 8 calls breaking up

Just updated from 5s to an 8. Never had a problem with calls using the 5s in my office. Now that I have the 8, I have to walk to my doorway or outside of my office because the calls keep breaking up. Show 3 bars. Anyone else having issues or have any suggestions?

I notice that when I call my wife since she upgraded from the 6 to the 8. I just called her on my 7plus and it was really choppy so I called her back on my work hardline and same issue.
