Does the smaller one have studio lighting with the feature to make the background dark and the subject light?

I'm a bit confused as it looked like an iOS 11 feature.

Is is the same as Portrait mode on the X?

I think it does from this video but does it come to iPhone 7 too?

What's the difference with the x camera?

I may not be 100% correct since I'm going on memory from the keynote which I had had to watch from various glances this year, but I believe the iPhone X gets full OIS on rear cameras, portrait mode on both rear and front and includes the lighting effects. iPhone 8+ gets OIS on main rear cam, portrait mode on back only, and lighting effects on back only. iPhone 8 gets no OIS, no portrait mode, and no lighting effects.

Aside from the portrait mode and lighting features, all 3 cameras have the same exact sensor and should have practically have the same picture quality. This is of course if you're not trying to get a zoomed shot, in which case you would likely want to telephoto lens, but this was never a real issue prior. I still think dual lenses are a gimmick for the most part. The smartphone plateau is real.
