Came across these beautiful render of iPhone 8, looks really cool, I really hope apple bring something like this September, What do you guys think will it kill the Galaxy S8? (look wise)

I guarantee ip8 won't look like that. The boderless screen will be real and without the top n bottom border. I hope the ip8 will have the same ip7 dimension, without the borders it will fit a 5.5-5.7 oled screen. I must admit the oled screen has sharp resolution compare the led.
 
It will break all kind of sales records that's for sure.

I think there will be no borders at the bottom I think it will be completely bezel free at least at the bottom.

So you do not think the rolled edge does not make the screen more vulnerable?

I hear that Apple's screen on the 8, will not have as much of a rolled edge, which will be more reasonable or Apple like.

Just saying what we see in the image is not the real thing.

Yeah i know it's not real, edge to edge display maybe more prone to shattering scratching one drop and boom !!! spider webs all around the display:mad:.so you think ^^^^that doesn't look cool or applish

i think this looks even more appealing,hey @Relentless Power what are your thoughts on this which looks more appealing to you or none ? Or do you think apple has completely different idea for the iPhone 8

No doubt it "looks cool" but betting Apple will be a bit more conservative and "tame" those curved edges. I am sure it will be near bezel-less compared to last models. I am anxious to own one!

I don't like the speaker cutout in this render. When playing a video, there would be a hole and what's the point of all screen if it has that?

Oh god, it's back. My least favorite iPhone render ever. No- a hole-punched screen does not look appealing and defeats the purpose of even having a borderless screen. Also; is there a reason why the front facing camera/sensors are hastily blurred out in your original post?

So here is a another concept of iPhone 8 with thin bezels compared to plus model seems almost the size of a 4.7 inch iPhone

Honesty i am going for the special OLED model, with thin bezels it will be almost the size of a 4.7 inch iPhone. So no problem for me.what do you think ?

If the oled model is the same form factor as the 4.7", then it's in the running (for me).

The height is important. The S8 is too tall...your thumb has to cover too much distance on that phone. Once people get it and use it...I think some will see that.

I wouldn't be surprised if it looks almost exactly like the s8. I think it will even have fingerprint reader on the back just like the s8.

I think that jet black one is the ugliest render I've ever seen.

I really, really, really hope that it won't have a fingerprint reader on the back. It would be a dealbreaker for me. How should I unlock it when the iPhone is on it's back on the table? Moreover, the home button is characteristic for the iPhone. The iPhone 8 should have it.

I personally like there to be enough bezel. I'll have to wait and see. As someone said, if they put the touch ID on the back of the phone, that'll be a real issue for me.
