Has anybody else had any issues with this?

When I go through the process of adding my cards, it takes me through the steps, I agree to the terms and then get a message saying “card not added - please contact your issuer”.

I use cards with three different banks, none of them can find any reason at their side it shouldn’t work. So far I’ve tried..

- hard reboot
- deleting all payment cards from iCloud account
- turning passcode off then back on (it seems this was a fix when people had similar issues in 2015)

Any ideas?

I used an encrypted backup from my 7+ in iTunes and it brought all this info over and had to do nothing but add the three digit code on the back of the card and they are ready to go.
