My wife's iPhone 8+ is ******** the bed and giving us all sorts of issues. My wife and I are both relegated to working form home bc of the virus pandemic. She is getting text messages from friends or work colleges that are coming in hours or even days later, undelivered text messages to individuals and groups, as well as calls that drop or cut out constantly all while my calls and texts ( on my iPhone X ) are fine.
Sometimes the messages will only come over when we restart her phone too. We did a back up to icloud for her main data ( photo's, contact ect ) and then did a complete erase/wipe clean and restored from icloud. the phone seemed fine for a coupe of days, but it appears to be back to its problematic self.
Any ideas? If we cant resolve this, it looks like its time for a new phone.
