iPhone 8 Taptic Home Button?

Can anyone confirm the iPhone 8 has the taptic (haptic) home button a la iPhone 7? The taptic engine or home button is not mentioned on their iPhone 8 specs, but I don't think it was mentioned in the iPhone 7 specs either. None of the hands-on articles from the announcement day mentioned it. I guess it would make sense that they wouldn't go back to a mechanical home button...

In any case, we'll find out Friday...
