Hi everyone, i'm posting this because i saw a lot of uneven screen brightness and screen discoloration threads but none close to the issue i'm actually having with my iPhone 8.

First i bought an iPhone X but i had to give it away to my brother because it had color issues on the notch part of the screen (the ears and also both sides of the screen were pink while the center of the screen was white).

Then i decided to give it a try and bought an iPhone 8, because actually it have the same internals as the iPhone X but with a different camera and battery...

Thing is that this is my second iPhone 8, the first one i had to return it because the upper and left edges of the screen were brighter than the rest of the phone... and actually this one does the same...

If you use an still image with only one color you can see it... let me see if i can show it by images...

I marked the spots with a red circle, so you can see it properly:

Also i uploaded an untouched image, so you can compare:

As i said both the first unit and the exchange unit present the same issue, i also had an iPhone 7 and iPhone 6S in my house and i compared them with my iPhone 8, none of those have the same issue... :/

This is not a rant whatsoever, but i'm actually disappointed because my iPhone 7 was flawless (except for the Jet Black finish... ugh...) so i will keep my iPhone 8 till next generation iPhone comes this year... so i can sell this one and buy a new one.

I made this thread hoping someone have any info about this, if someone have the same issue who can share their experiences about it would be gladly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!
