iPhone 8 won't run some x64 apps

I've noticed that my iPhone 8 won't run some apps. The apps are 64 bit and will run on an iPhone 7 or my iPads. Everything is running the same iOS 11.03. One app is a lottery app that work except for when it goes to launch the camera, then it crashes. Another is a DVR app for monitoring security cameras - it works until it goes to display the camera feeds, then crashes. A third is a beacon/advertising app where everything seems ok, except for the categories feed that won't display (but doesn't crash the app). Is there some kind of known issue that is unique to the iPhone 8?

Guessing the apps just need updating.

Yeah I contacted one of the app companies and they acknowledged the issue with iPhone 8 models. It just seemed strange that it is exclusive to the 8 vs. being a function of the iOS version.

Different hardware from the 7. Not too surprising to me.
