i got AppleCare+ on my iPhone 6 with the old conditions of 69€. now apple tells me i have to pay 99€ even though i signed it with the old terms and conditions. can they really do that? it is not what we have agreed on technically ...

If you bought it with the old conditions in place (prior to September 2016 I believe) then they shouldn't charge you more. The person you spoke with must be a little confused since online it doesn't even have the cheaper option anymore. If I was in your shoes I'd explain it to them, and if they don't understand then try to speak to someone higher up the pecking order.

okay i called them instead of using the unfriendly dude on the support chat and the guy said right away that it is going to be 69 € so the other guy clearly had no idea.
