Lately my iPhone 3G keeps showing me that my apps need updating, some are from earlier this year and I already got those updates. Now today it says I have a new email and when I open the mail app, there is nothing. I have done a hard reboot and the same issues are there.
Also everyone said the 3.1 OS update fixed the WiFi issue when using mixed "N". I am not so sure because it seems like it takes forever now for the mail app to get my email. I am probably going to have to set my router's WiFi mode back to "G" mode.
Why is it so hard for Apple to fix the iPhone so it works correctly? You would think they were dealing with a PC and all the associated hardware issues.
