iPhone Activation Question

Hey guys, i just got my iPhone from O2 today. But the phone seems to be taking forever to activate. I got the text notification appear on the phone, saying that this may take some time. Ive been waiting 5 hours!!! Is this normal???

People on the Official o2 forums are having same probs, check in morning, ativation servers must be being looked at (under maintainance)
