In case anyone is wondering, the Activity app automatically downloads to the paired iPhone upon setting up the companion app on the watch. I was looking in the App Store and the Apple Watch app and then finally realized it was already on one of my home screens.
So far, it seems like a pretty cool app. The navigation is ripped straight from the Calendar app.
