"iPhone Ad Ringtone" was available on the shipped firmware, isn't after restore

I noticed that the iPhone advertisement ringtone was available on my iPhone until I restored it. Now it's not available anymore. Has anyone else noticed this?

What is the name of the Ringtone? I don't believe I ever had it and I'm using out of the box firmware.

I believe it's called "iPhone Ad Ringtone"

It was separate from the older ringtones. Weird.

If it was separate, it was either added via the ringtones tab in iTunes, or with iToner.
