Iphone address book scramble!

my iphone seems to have taken on a cruel game of swapping the names around on the correct numbers. I am now getting texts from businesses which are actually family members. It has also decided to give me an option of two people that are possibly calling me! SO i have no idea who it is. it will say one name then put OR the next name! Help
