iphone after erase all data can not boot

i went to settings on my iphone and selected erase all settings i have tried putting it in recovery mode;DFU mode all the like but none of them has worked pls i really need help and i can't restore because i have no good internet connection to download iphone update software...i've tried blackrain,ireb and none has worked...help ...i'm lost

Did you have a tethered jailbreak installed on your iPhone?

You will have to put it in dfu and restore it on iTunes.
You will need an Internet connection.
