iPhone Air 3D Touch Shortcut 5-second delay in ALL Apple and third-party apps

This has been happening to me since launch day. When I use the 3D Touch shortcut on the App Store and TestFlight and select Updates (App Store) and Update All (TestFlight), there is about a 5-second delay before it opens either app. I'm running iOS 26.1. My 9th-generation iPad has no delay with either app. I know I can just open the app and check for updates, but I've been doing it this way for years.

**Update** I don't use 3D Touch for anything but App Store and TestFlight updates. I just tried using 3D Touch on Apple and third-party apps, and it's the same delay.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Contacted Apple Support and they had me send the 2 videos. After they saw it, they had me try all different accessibility settings and ultimately wanted me to erase and reset my iPhone. I declined since I only used the feature for App Store and TestFlight. I never noticed it was affecting all apps, so I'm going to leave well enough alone since everything else is working fine and there's no lag anywhere else.
