iPhone Air Iphone air and adaptive battery

I’ve been searching around but couldn’t find a dedicated thread on this.

I’ve only had my Air for a few days, while many of you have been using it for a week or more. Curious—what’s the consensus on Adaptive Battery so far? Has it actually been helpful? Any noticeable performance drops? And what about screen refresh—does it tend to stick at 60Hz instead of 120Hz?

For the record, I’m not unhappy with battery life at all. Coming from the 16PM (and a run of Max models), the size alone makes it worth it for me. Different topic for another day, but I do miss Apple’s silicone cases.

I've been running it since start and I don't think I've noticed it being on, I am very sensitive to low refresh rates (desktop running 480 Hz) so I don't think it has pulled it down to 60 Hz in normal use.
