yup apple crack the middle model code. Mini and plus were epic failure but air is gonna to be big. I was at the apple store today friday 9/19/25. It's been a tradition to always go to the apple store on launch day at the same apple store in thousand oaks for the past 6 years (minus covid). And wow for the first time there's actually a solid looong lines at the mall at 2pm. And people are excited and amazed at the model "thinness". It's definitely a different vibe. I have not seen a line like this for an iPhone launch in years!

So based on my silly and limited vantage point, yes it's big launch.

I still won't buy it unless it's a mini air. ;) I want a mini air with one hour of battery life but with a small screen and thin body.
 
I really hope it’s a success, it looks like an amazing device. I went with the pro max like I always do because I need the cameras but I wish the air would work for me! Looking forward to getting my hands on it at the Apple Store tomorrow when I try again to go buy a screen protector, line to get in was too long this evening.

We will see. It was the worst for preorders, but most likely will be the star for people who buy in person. Certainly the best looking phone this year. I hope it does well.
