So I found out my network o2 don’t offer payg eSIM. I googled Vodafone and can’t see how I switch to eSIM or order a new eSIM.

Anybody advise which is best network for a payg eSIM in UK?

Also when all sims go eSIM does that mean o2 won’t offer payg to customers?

Try uswitch.com for a sim only deal. It’s not PAYG but some very low monthly payments plus free minutes and texts. Choose how much data you need. And they are all esim compatible.

Three, 100%.

I was on another network PAYG which didn't offer esim.

I went on the Three website, bought a £10 per month PAYG eSim and had it set up and activated on my phone within 2 hours.

If you want to transfer your number you need a PAC code as usual, mine took 3 days to transfer but that was over a weekend.

Thanks I could try this

Thanks that’s an option too

They email you the eSim instructions, just be on the look out for several emails - there's instructions with a QR code and also a separate email with a confirmation code.

For some reason my confirmation code never arrived but spoke to Three over Live Chat and they were able to send a new confirmation code.

Like I said, the whole process took 2 hours to buy and get it activated and working.

Thanks with o2 I don’t have to top up every month looks like 3 is a recurring payment but can be cancelled. Is there any out there without reoccurring top ups I reckon if o2 do offer payg soon it will likely be reoccurring tops ups too.

The o2 sim only option £8 but sadly rises every April.

I don’t always top up right away that’s why I was wondering :)
