Iphone Alarm Disappearing!!!

Hi!

can you please help me! - this is driving me nuts!

I am on IOS 11.3 - Iphone 7

i keep setting Alarms for the morning, check back 1 /2 hours later....they disappear!

tried resetting / hard reset, etc and nothing seems to work.

can you please help?
