iPhone Album Art Problem

i've been having a problem with my album art while listening to music in iPod mode on my iPhone 3G...heres what happens:

when i'm in coverflow all the album artworks show up to the sides but the album in the middle of coverflow is black with a question mark..then when you slide to another album the previous artwork appears and the new album selected artworks doesnt work....the album art all shows up on my iPod Classic it just does this on my iPhone...

can anybody help me? lol pleassseee

btw sorry if this has been posted before i couldnt find anything about it

I had this same problem... make sure the pic you save for the artwork is small or medium something around 320x320.. the larger(500+) pics for some reason dont seem to want to appear in the center.
