IPhone and ATT Bills" Bloked numbers are not showing anymore?

I used to get all the numbers that called blocked to my phone. Now i checked last time and it says it was blocked and a 000 number? Is this new? How i can get these numbers?

You cant. Their system has no more information than what is posted.

Is this happening to all people? because some months ago they appear on the bill.
