iPhone and battery life???

will it hurt your phone if you charge your phone before it is fully dead? i tend to plug it in at work, so it never gets under 40%.

is this hurting the battery life?

No, but about once a month you should let it get below 20% and do a full charge. Also avoid car chargers when possible.

Just from personal experience it seems that car chargers are bad on phone batteries if you use them all the time.

Keep the battery in it's sweet spot of 20-80% life. Don't pull off the charger walk outside and plug into car charge. Try not to use car chargers unless it's going under 20%.
