Hey guys,

I sure this question must've popped out before but still...

How do you install adobe flash on iphone 3G?

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/7A259g Safari/525.20)

You can't.

hopefully they will be adding that soon! i believe i read a while back that adobe was actively working on it...

Judging by Schiller's "There'll be no comment on Flash today" statement at the 3.0 event, I'd guess that they'll want save that announcement for the new hardware unveiling, with probably an .flv Flash video player.
Whether it'll be available for 1st and 2nd gen devices we'll have to see.
No info to back that up, just a hunch. I'm sure Apple would want to be one the first to support Flash video out of the box. As far as Flash webpages go, we'll have to see.

If they ever enable Flash, they must give us an option to turn it off. Nothing would be worse than Mobile Safari slowing down with stupid Flash ads going off.

A nice option would be to enable flash for individual flash items in the site. That way you can choose which flash items you want to view.

Ask if anyone cares:rolleyes:

I guess you people do since you want Flash. LOL! What's wrong, Steve Jobs doesn't want you to have Flash? Tisk tisk... All is not lost, however. I hear there's an awesome iPhone app that predicts the amount of dingleberries you'll have after eating a bowl of chili. Nice.

Well guys, my G1 has Flash :D

Awesome! My storm also has a variation of flash.. Its not "flash" perse, but i can view flash enabled sites ;)

Man, what do you iPone users do when you want to view the "REAL" internet on the go???

No, obviously you care a little too much about the iphone.
Thats why you're reading this section.
Tell the truth, you know you want to get rid of that POS and pick up the new iphone thats comming out.:D

Didn't Apple say the iPhoney has "not the sort-of internet, or the baby internet, but the REAL internet."

I guess Flash sites don't count as "real" enough to Apple. :D

No... Steve said that he wants real flash. He doesn't want the half-assed flash that you guys have on your phones. Mobile flash is not the same as flash on a computer and Steve doesn't want mobile flash. He wants the real deal, so stop bragging because your flash isn't real flash anyway.

Nope. My brother has an iPhoney, and it's alright, but I needed a real keyboard and real Flash. I much prefer my G1, honestly.

Oh, excuse me - the G1 runs the desktop version of Flash - and very fast too. Get your facts straight. I guess Apple is taking this long to get it to work on the iPhone? LOL! Please.

I dont think flash is important enough to make me switch and the touchscreen has been working fine.
I never played around with a G1 but my friends Storm was terrible.
I tryed it out for a few minutes and wanted to throw the thing on the wall. It froze up twice and had to remove the battery to get it up and running again.
